HGUC #26 MS-14Fs Gelgoog Marine Cima Custom

The MS-14Fs Gelgoog Marine Cima Custom is an enhanced version of the  HGUC #16 MS-14F Gelgoog Marine. This commander-type unit comes painted in Cima Garahau’s custom colors.

Along with the updated color scheme, the weaponry of the MS-14Fs Gelgoog Marine Cima Custom gets a refresh.

  • MRB-110 Beam Rifle
  • 90mm Machine Gun
  • Beam Sabers x2
  • Shield

Like many two-decade-old Gundam model kits, the MS-14F Gelgoog Marine doesn’t have a ton of dynamic posing capabilities. The build is sturdy-looking and very stable thanks to its large feet and lower leg parts.

Weapons and Other Notable Attributes

Thanks to the new beam rifle for the MS-14Fs Gelgoog Marine Cima Custom, the machine is more capable at long ranges. The beam rifle is also capable of rapid-fire use thanks to its powerful cooling system. The large shield is a massive improvement to survivability, as the standard units only possess a small knuckle shield.

This kit includes:

7 Runners total (A, B, C, D[x2], E, PC123)
Total Piece Count – 148 with 8 Unused Parts
Foil Stickers

HGUC #26 MS-14Fs Gelgoog Marine Cima Custom

Tips and Tricks –

By implementing the technique of Top Coating, you can do a great deal to help preserve the longevity of your models. This process will protect the original plastic of your model kit and prepare it for any additional modeling techniques to follow.

You can drastically improve your results by making the details pop on the HGUC #26 MS-14Fs Gelgoog Marine Cima Custom with Panel Lining. The simplest solution for this is Gundam Markers or Tamiya Panel Line Fluid. If you’re up to a challenge making panel wash is always a great option too! It is always recommended to Topcoat with clear gloss beforehand, as some of the products commonly used for Panel Lining will degrade the untreated plastics over time.

Another way to keep adding detail is by applying Stickers/Marking DecalsTop Coating before the application will help decals stick to the surface much better. Using Top Coat after application will help hide the seams on traditional sticker decals as well as waterslides. This additional step will also keep them from peeling over time. Using Decals is a great way to add an even greater level of detail to your scale models.
