The CFK-029 Michaelis is a limited production Mobile Suit developed by Grassley Defense Systems as the successor to the CEK-040 Beguir-Beu. The CFK-029 Michaelis utilizes the same Grassley’s “Antidote” Anti-GUND Format technology used by its predecessor, which can disrupt low-Permet Score GUND FORMAT links. This equipment is a part of the Beam Bracer, a wire-guided weapon fixed to the Mobile Suit’s right arm. While this weapon reduced the CFK-029 Michaelis, it allowed a greater focus on maneuverability and combat performance. Shaddiq Zenelli, Leader of Grassley House at the Asticassia School of Technology, uses a CFK-029 Michaelis as his personal Mobile Suit when dueling.
Included alongside the HG Michaelis for accessories:
- Beam Saber Effect x2
- Short Shield
- Display Base for Beam Bracer
Articulation –
The HG Michaelis features a polycap-free construction comprised entirely of newly-molded parts, a trend that will hopefully continue with upcoming HGWFM releases. This model does utilize single-jointed limbs, but their unique shape combined with the HG Michaelis’ swiveling thighs provide a wide range of motion to create dynamic poses. The HG Michaelis also features a built-in 3mm attachment point where builders can connect their preferred Action Base. This model includes a sheet of color-correcting stickers to help recreate the HG Michaelis’ on-screen appearance right out of the box!
Weapons and Other Notable Attributes –
The HG Michaelis includes the Beam Bracer as its primary weapon. This equipment replaces the Mobile Suit’s right forearm and contains a multi-mode beam emitter and the “Antidote” Anti-GUND format equipment that can disable the remote weapons used by Gundam-Type Mobile Suits. The Beam Bracer could also function remotely, thanks to its wire-guided design. This weapon can also emit a beam blade for close-quarters engagements. The HG Michaelis features an additional beam blade emitter inside the Short Shield mounted on its left wrist.

Description
By implementing the technique of Top Coating, you can do a great deal to help preserve the longevity of your models. This process will protect the original plastic of your model kit and prepare it for any additional modeling techniques to follow.
You can drastically improve your results by making the details pop on the HG WFM #11 CFK-029 Michaelis with Panel Lining. The simplest solution for this is Gundam Markers or Tamiya Panel Line Fluid. Making your own panel wash is always a great option too! It is always recommended to Topcoat with clear gloss beforehand, as some of the products commonly used for Panel Lining will degrade the untreated plastics over time.
Another way to keep adding detail is by applying Stickers/Marking Decals. Top Coating before application will help decals stick to the surface much better. Using Top Coat after application will help hide the seams on traditional sticker decals as well as waterslides. This additional step will also keep them from peeling over time. Using Decals is a great way to add an even greater level of detail to your scale models.
