The MD-0064 Darilbalde is a prototype Mobile Suit developed by Jeturk Heavy Machinery to test the viability of their next-generation military drone technology for MS use. Developed based on the MD-0031 Dilanza, the MD-0064 Darilbalde no longer features its predecessor’s heavy armor plating, allowing for vastly improved maneuverability. The MD-0064 Darilbalde also features onboard Artificial intelligence that enables the use of several remote-guided weapons that would otherwise require GUND FORMAT technology for proper operation. Guel Jeturk would use the MD-0064 Darilbalde in his second duel with the XVX-016 Gundam Aerial, where he showcased the potential of the Decision-Making Extension AI in combating “cursed” Mobile Suits.

Included alongside the HG Darilbalde for accessories:

  • Beam Anchor
  • Beam Kunai
  • Beam Saber Effect x2
  • Display Stand

Articulation
 –

The HG Darilbalde features a polycap-free construction comprised entirely of newly-molded parts, a trend that will hopefully continue with upcoming HGWFM releases. This model features double-jointed limbs and swiveling thighs, providing a wide range of motion to create dynamic poses. Bandai provided a small sheet of color-correcting stickers to recreate the HG Darilbalde’s pyrite components. This sheet of foil stickers includes the proper markings for an inactive or active state right out of the box. Aside from these foil stickers, the HG Darilbalde provides full-color accuracy with clever parts separation.

Weapons and Other Notable Attributes

Builders can combine the HG Darilbalde’s Beam Anchor and Beam Kunai into the massive Beam Javelin using an included adapter. Bandai provided two unique Beam Effects for displaying this equipment in its activated state. The HG Darilbalde could also use its feet as wire-guided “Shackle Claws” that deliver an electric shock to restrain enemy Mobile Suits. Builders can remove the HG Darilbalde’s forearms and attach the Iśvara B Type units connected to its backpack. This alternate equipment features two beam emitters instead of standard manipulators.

This kit includes:

6 Runners total (A, B, C, D, SB13, BA0)
Total Piece Count – 130 Pieces
Foil Stickers

Description

By implementing the technique of Top Coating, you can do a great deal to help preserve the longevity of your models. This process will protect the original plastic of your model kit and prepare it for any additional modeling techniques to follow.

You can drastically improve your results by making the details pop on the HG WFM #07 MD-0064 Darilbalde with Panel Lining. The simplest solution for this is Gundam Markers or Tamiya Panel Line Fluid. Making your own panel wash is always a great option too! It is always recommended to Topcoat with clear gloss beforehand, as some of the products commonly used for Panel Lining will degrade the untreated plastics over time.

Another way to keep adding detail is by applying Stickers/Marking DecalsTop Coating before application will help decals stick to the surface much better. Using Top Coat after application will help hide the seams on traditional sticker decals as well as waterslides. This additional step will also keep them from peeling over time. Using Decals is a great way to add an even greater level of detail to your scale models.
